The Therapeutically Applicable Research to Generate Effective Treatments (TARGET) Data Portal enables the cancer research community to search, download, and analyze data generated by the TARGET Initiative for acute lymphoblastic and myeloid leukemias (ALL and AML), neuroblastoma, osteosarcoma, and high-risk Wilms tumor. The goal of TARGET data sharing via this Portal is to facilitate the discovery of therapeutic targets for these cancers and catalyze the translation of these findings for clinical applications that reduce the burden of these childhood cancers.

Available characterization data can be accessed through the TARGET Data Portal. New data will be added to the databases on a continuing basis as they are generated by the TARGET initiative. The Data Portal provides access to download these data sets.
